Returns & refunds

For eligible items, request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached. Please return any complimentary gift box with the item.

Contact us through the Contact page on our website before sending a return. We will provide the return address and instructions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping for non-quality-related returns. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

We do not charge a restocking fee. After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we refund the amount paid for the returned item to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded for non-quality-related returns. For orders that qualified for free shipping, we do not deduct the original outbound postage from the refund.

Specialty craft items explicitly marked Final Sale on their product page are not eligible for non-quality-related returns or exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged, has a quality issue, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. We cover necessary return shipping for these cases, including Final Sale items.

For exchanges, request a return and place a new order. Availability is subject to current stock. Your applicable statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
